Franchisee Training

Your Wild Head Office Team is responsible for coordinating your training. The Franchise Development Manager is the best contact point for any questions you may have that relate to the day-to-day operation of your store prior to opening. Post opening, your dedicated Regional Business Manager (RBM) will be your first point of contact.

As a standard, all franchisees for new stores in the group will attend the WILD Induction Program, held at Head Office. This week long program ensures we cover all the essential elements of operating your new store in a professional manner with little distraction.

Training is a vital part of being a WILD Franchisee and team member. From initial training before you open a store, right through to the ongoing support and training provided in our field support visits, the more you are willing to learn and take on board the more opportunities for success your store will have.

Business Manager support overview:

As a part of the Wild franchisee family you will receive regular visits to stores throughout the year by your Regional Business Manager (RBM). The regional Business Manager is your go-to support for all day-to-day business operations, they will also use their business knowledge to support you with business planning, stock recommendations, merchandising as well as the below:
